Drum is an Issue Investigation Platform that brings together teams and agents to understand issues and get them fixed as quickly as possible.

Drum is for both technical and non-technical users who can all share comments, files, logs etc to contribute to investigations.

Agents are used to run investigations and once they have finished they will provide a report with the findings and a confidence level.
